You are consenting to the application utilising your camera for AR technology which will enable you to try on the optical products such as contact lenses, frames, sunglasses, eyeglasses on yourself virtually. Further we will utilise your camera to enable you to identify the product itself from the serial code or the design of the product

You are consenting to allow the application to utilise your information i.e. your location, name etc… to pin point the stores location and provide the information to clients using live maps, offline maps and other locators.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our service provider store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

You can use the feature by installing the Android or iOS app.Our iOS app utilizes Apple's TrueDepth API to provide an immersive virtual try-on experience for glasses, allowing users to see how they would look in different styles without the need for physical fitting.We are committed to safeguarding user privacy and do not collect or store any facial data or other personal information during the virtual try-on process. All depth data captured by the camera remains solely within the app and is not transmitted to any external servers or third parties. We employ robust security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.Users retain complete control over their data and can opt out of using the virtual try-on feature at any time. Additionally, users have the ability to access and delete their app data, including any residual depth data, through the app's settings menu.We are dedicated to transparency and compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations, including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
